As I recall, he did it in a few stages, and was down to just 2k shares, several days ago, and now he's buying again -- not saying how much he bought. He has said that he thinks the "easy money" has been made on PEIX, so I doubt he's taken a huge position, or that he would make it a huge position by averaging down if this were to drop again......
