I have not delved too deep into this, but someone has a restricted cert or contract they are playing off of. It is not a US citizen. It may be a US citizen but the stock issued in a foreign corp.

That is your source. This game have been going on for decades, well before the internet.

All of this crazy BS would NOT be happening if this stock were only worth. 0057, or even .0334....No one would bother. I bought this cow and I intend to milk it for a helluva lot more than .0334!
