The Cannabis card wouldn't be able to serve as a way to hold cash without some involvement of an actual bank, which could not happen until regulations are eased and banks don't have to worry about liability issues......The only play the cannabis card has right now is as a rewards card.....this will not help solve the MJ industry cash holding issue.....you don't actually think anybody will go to ADCS to maintain deposit accounts or control a money supply do you?
