If Dr. Koos is silent people complain. If Dr. Koos put out notices every two weeks saying things are fine, people would complain he is not putting out real information.

I would rather Dr. Koos be silent and put out some great news when he is able. So those updates people want to hear from Dr. Koos every two weeks would literally say nothing which is exactly what he would legally be able to put out in his "updates" and do more harm then good. But some people need their blanky I guess.
