I understand that Heritage is the TA listed for ticker MONA with FINRA.

I have trouble believing anyone as i have called the TA, NV SOS and Flex Power and the only thing i was able to confirm is that the TA is saying 10k:1. I called Rasheen and he would not say anything about the TA only that they have been getting a lot of calls, were busy and that this is a learning process. Also, NV SoS says that they only record the A/S, companies can file O/S docs for extra charge but they only record A/S. She also said there might be 2 docs because thats how they filled it out.

Until we see copies of those docs, the closest thing we have to concrete evidence is the TA saying 10k:1

Hey stockhunter,
Flex power probably doesn't have anything to do with Heritage transfer BUT the folks that Flex probably bought the shell MONA from do.
Go take a look do some research, Google some names of the owners...... you'll get a different picture. IMHO, there is no way this group sold the shell to Flex power and still don't have their fingers in it. It isn't their style.
Go read "what they do" for companies...... you will see
"raise capital" as their primary resource..... you do know what that means right?
