I have trouble believing anyone as i have called the TA, NV SOS and Flex Power and the only thing i was able to confirm is that the TA is saying 10k:1. I called Rasheen and he would not say anything about the TA only that they have been getting a lot of calls, were busy and that this is a learning process. Also, NV SoS says that they only record the A/S, companies can file O/S docs for extra charge but they only record A/S. She also said there might be 2 docs because thats how they filled it out.

Until we see copies of those docs, the closest thing we have to concrete evidence is the TA saying 10k:1
