Please check out link . FDA does not and cannot check all products put to market. Even the ones it is supposed to. You can go to any pharmacy or gnc store and find drugs with not approved by fda on them. In this country thats all you have to put on your labels so the buyer is buying at own risk.

I live in Colorado and yes legislators are looking at infused products and potency issues. I have not seen where they have raided any Legal Retail Marijuana outlets and shut them down. Last fall they raided the illegal ones and ones with ties to the cartel and the FEDS shut them down. Go BAYP.
