A three year deal with NO MINIMUMS!!!!! If the technology doesn't catch on (like Beta didn't), Dell and every other OEM will drop it like a hot potato, end of story.

Until (if) the technology catches on, more dilution, lower stock price and loss of your hard earned money. The only smart play is to be on the sidelines watching and looking in.
