Heck, what are these other options Ian Read is referring to? Why not just buy Amarin and beat AZN to the punch?
Since EPANOVA got approved today by the FDA don't you think AZN will want to do combo's using it's own CRESTOR or get into the Diabetes combo?

This will either heat up or Pfizer will get tired of this and go away and start it's own T2DM campaign.
