Hey Felix, I'm going to feel this out until EST II is awarded, we get more color on 100 series RUF and the uplisting. Virtra is generating some serious cash...if you look out a few quarters from now they could possibly have 5-6 million. Not pumping here but I think we can see .25 in the next 12 months and that's when I'll start selling.....thats my best case scenario. Obviously Virtra has been known to frequently disappoint....so we'll see ;)

I am trading 50% and holding 50% (house money) for the chance of a buyout, buyback, or EST II win.

Sold 10% at .082, sell 10% at each penny gain which should clear me out of 50% trading position around .12 (but do not think it will get near there on this run without real news)

I would all tender shares at .15 or higher

Holding it all… Might consider at $.18. That would give me a nice profit.... So yes… I'll be in this for another 10 years. :-)

SF,
I'm targeting .12++. I will likely sell a chunk of what I accumulated in the .04s around .12 and will hold the rest until at least .20. IMO, VTSI will make a play for the .10-.12 range near-term. VTSI tried to break that resistance three times in 2011 without success which started the painful fall to the .04s. The fundamentals are the best they have ever been and easily worthy of a .12 PPS. I believe VTSI will take out .12 and make a move toward the .20-.24 range. If they sustain the fundamental growth and margins in 2014 that they have demonstrated for the last 18 months, IMO they will take out the .20-.24 range which puts the all-time high of .40ish in play.
As I've said multiple times in the past, Miller Group was restricted from purchasing until PPS reached something in the.07-.08 range. I suspect they have started accumulating or will soon, plus I anticipate VirTra will be motivated to sustain share price above .10.
Contrary to many on this board, hoping for a major exchange up-list, I don't see it happening. It is too expensive for this small company. I do expect VirTra to up-list to the OTC-QX near-term for a cost of $5K and sustained share price above .10 for 30 days (recently dropped from 90 day requirement).
An up-list to OTC-QX will help VirTra gain some visibility to new investment dollars which should help it move to the .20+ area where a 10 for 1 reverse split enables VirTra to meet the requirements ($1+ sustained bid for 30 days) to up-list to the OTC-QX Premier.
All the while, VirTra needs to continue to expand their International and National law enforcement customer base; continue to aggressively pursue large military contracts; and continue to pursue/develop opportunities like the 100 Rules Series in the maritime industry. GLTA!
