i think this can trade a few days at 0002 before the R/S.
Those who bought at 1 will do very nicely. Those who bought
at 2 will try to squeeze a profit out of it and hold on for 3 or 4.
Which won't happen.

You do realize there are many big board companies out there with 6+billion shares? I agree there will be a restructuring, only time will tell how it will end up for ECDC!
