While the registrant was essentially a shell company in FYE 2011, 2012, 2013, and still is today, it sure was busy issuing consulting contracts and convertible promissory notes. Sad nothing became of all those expenses. Which causes one to look further, was the shell company used as a personal financing entity for the sole benefit of the insiders. Ill have to dig in later (probably Monday) into all the cash flow to see whom and why all the funds went to. But yes, Asher has (had) three notes.
