So maybe they have changed their focus. But if a proposed joint venture is only based on a LOI, either party can change their mind and back out. They do seem to have the cart before the horse. There is no point in developing products to make available world wide, as they propose, UNTIL they have a firm contract with a company that has a NAME we can do DD on. Otherwise it is all rumor, which people seem to be buying. You can too, but not me at this point.
