BAYP has contacts in the cosmetic industry already. another thought is that they are very close and neither are unlikely to pull out at this point. Once again it is common strategy not to name the other party in a L.O.I. Lets say I was company c and I had the same idea I would now go to the other company with a counter offer. Smart business to not name other company. Ethics 101
