That is your opinion. There is no evidence of that. Also, the company does not qualify to list on any exchange.

Stock promoters 100% of the time always refer to their "deal" as the "real deal", all the while, pick pocketing ones wallet while their lips are moving.

have you looked at the Nasdaq and NYSE MKT listing requirements? which standards do you think they can meet? (please don't tell us about "waivers" -- they don't exist).

As real as a negative balance sheet, as they come.

As real as a set up for a massive stock dilution, as they come.

As real as the typical microcap trying to hook into the Bakken, and fracking oil play, with no way to get there, as they come.

As real as the promised up listing, with no criteria fulfilled to meet it, as they come.

When unable to address the "real" concerns, the conversational diversion is to claim NASV is different than the other scams. No, NASV has all the signs of a scam, as real as they come! Now, would you care to address the points previously raised?
