How do i see buys on the ask? I have l2 for ameritrade but the ask side is sells correct?

Victor made it clear on the his blog that 2 years ago with a market cap of 75 million ( were at 5 million now) that there was no reason to believe was not a reasonable reflection of the value of our technology and of our prospects at that time ( 2 years ago!!!) Some people are definitely understanding that tdcp is worth far more than 0.0175 and have no problem buying at the ask.
