OT: The Controller is an Officer of the Company and by virtue of that fact was granted those options under a plan approved in 2000..Any Investor who is currently violently against the 2003 option plan but bought IDCC AFTER the 2000 plan was in place..should close out their stock account and assign it to a money manager with full discretion..
