I'm not at all sure it's a drawing. If so, they did a MUCH better job with photoshop than CBYI did. Looks to me as if it's just one of their units gussied up. They're all over the BMAM website, with various bells and whistles:

However, it's absolutely certain that it IS BMAM's product.

I asked them if CBYI had got permission to use their images, and to call them "vending machines". We'll see what they have to say, if anything.
