When he first took over this shell checked up on him and I found out he has ran multiple business in the past - both failures and successes.
a disgruntled shareholder related to one of the business filed a bogus claim and it was thrown out of court. If you read the complaint like I did you would understand why it was thrown out of court.
The one conviction he has, has to to with an incident at an airport when a friend he was with mentioned the word bomb. The conviction was expunged from his record.
Anyway- the CEO like you said is in good standing with the SEC and FINRA. he is a businessman with successes and failures.
VApor Group Inc. will be one to stay in his success column for years to come is my guess.
