This is what I've been trying to preach since the name change was made official, this means we're good in the eyes of FINRA. People keeping touting that the CEO has a felony record, well wouldn't that give somebody even more reason to go down the right path from now on? As we all know it's hard to get a legitimate job with a record, so the next best thing is to open your own business. The fact his record has to do with stock fraud gives him even more incentive to not fuk it up this time, because this is his last chance to make a decent living without going to prison or becoming homeless, people need to see the forest from the trees.
