Is Fagan waiting for it to drop some more before he executes any part of the buy back?

A lot of this drop is probably attributable to Ryan's mistake. He reduced the price target to $37 from $45, and the stock tumbles even when the price did not rally much when he made the earlier rosy target.

Seems to me the sellers are trying to milk the smallest of cracks regarding the strength of this stock. If Ryan changes his target again from $37 to $36.98, I imagine this also would produce a dump...

I think they will wait a bit longer. They realize how far the price has come in a short period of time. Time will tell.
