Here is my take on this situation here Gregg. this is my opinion and what I am thinking about the roadmap that Jim is drawing up. You see, since the MSE deal failed and we all know why it did, GTGP is left in need of an engineering firm to get contracts and execute them. So, this is why Jim is building up J3. He has gathered quite an array of impressive curriculums to work at J3. Now, the jobs are slowly starting to come and J3 keeps working at getting bigger contracts as we have seen its agenda and the presentations it has been requested to attend alongside big names in the cleanup industry.

I think the next step, once we hit contracts is that J3 will be taken public through the backdoor into a reverse merger into a clean shell. Then, all Jim needs to do is offer a share exchange to the current shareholders of GTGP for some of the new public company's shares. This gets rid of the financial filing issue and gives all of GTGP shareholders a fresh start into a new entity.

All this is my take on GTGP's future...JMHO
