Was the share price already in the toilet by then? I still think the stock was naked shorted from the 0.028/share days. I bet the share price was way down already by the time the a/s increase you mention occurred. Is that correct?

no....you have that wrong. The company was showing signs of 'finally' launching and subway.com was covering the 'signs'..that's what moved the pps up
