what ever happens, and we all have envisioned some sort of out come, will be something we did not think of

Hi Z, Yes I was looking at something that said a clue for uplisting can be the filing of various 8k's notifying investors about the appointment of the required independent directors, also showing the certain committees have the required independent directors (for uplisting). Maybe it is just routine filing, or maybe Berkowitz's letter to the board and court case got them moving to at least get the proper paperwork in place. It would be good to get uplisted, so the institutional investors can get in (those that can't get in OTC stocks).
