Hey Rocco2! I think everyone else is asleep!! A clue for possible uplisting can be filing various 8k's notifying investors about the appointment of the required independent directors. Do you think this could be a clue? Is that what Chessmaster was getting at?

Rocco2, Dollar, Blanka, and I are on the same page.
There needs to be a compelling reason to make changes on the Board of Directors...the last ones were in 2008...
