Maybe one of the directors moved on leaving a vacancy that requires the seat be filled by the corporate by-laws of the organization? Directors seats remain seated through the life of the entity until complete liquidation and all legal matters settled, etc.. If FnF are to remain functional through the transition for 5-10-? Years, then it stands to reason all seats should be filled?
As for being director, if I read that post correctly, they are being accounted to organize and place other directors in new committees. So, who placed the two on the board of directors? What is the purpose of reorganizing the committees...... old or new? Sorry about being suspect, but the officers have been picked by government and officers pick the directors who answer to the officers who answer to the government.
