Edvestor- Is it your contention that NWBO was given a continue recommendation based on their efficacy data, but NWBO decided to withhold this tidbit and simply issued a PR stating the efficacy data was pending/outstanding?

Just trying to follow your logic and how NWBO would then have to handle the lawsuits that would certainly ensue.
