I haven't gotten on the proposal yet. Where did you get that number from? According to filings James Cerna doesn't hold much armada. I still don't know nor did I get details about what other investors were shareholders of the "old armada." Apparently, he only owns a small percentage if you look at the 10-K and bounce it off the S3 they filed end of 2013. Let me know if you still find the same numbers.
