look at that example it was $1 per share trading about 6-8mil per day right before suspension. When it came off it dropped to .11 then had a monster bounce to $3.2 then it has bled ever since currently .31 and the volume is anemic 26k shares today. Obviously that is a low float stock not a diluted fatty like PHOT

that is incorrect. that stock has not had an mm submit a form 211 and finra has not approved a form 211 that stock is trading with unsolicited quotes and still has the skull and crossbones. for some unexplained reason otcmarkets has decided that unsolicited quotes is good enough to get off the greys.
