Interesting article from SA. It talks about the trading procedures after a suspension. There is one stock, was suspended 12/13/13 and is back after getting an MM to list them again (MDDD). So it is possible. Whether it happens or not, is the question.

There is a second article which compare the 5 recent suspension in the MJ sector. An excerpt from it is

Take what you will from each statement, but the SEC has not seemed to question the operations of either CANN or PHOT. This is not to condemn any of the above companies, but there is a stark difference and specificity to each SEC press release.

The SEC definition of an affiliate "is a person, such as an executive officer, a director or large shareholder, in a relationship of control with the issuer." Therefore, any large shareholder, and not just management, could be the person who triggered the SEC investigation.

That is an interesting observation. Sterling may be telling the truth here, but no one really knows. Hunt dumping his shares still bothers me a great deal.

I guess the actions they take in the next week or so will show us if they want to try to revive the stock, or if they just want to dump it.
