tech i think also it may have something to do with the divy.......my hope is if thats the case arsc shares will go up on volume with the hype and run to a penny and i can get out of this ....gltu

There are both preferred A and Preferred B shares now over at HFCO. That's alot of convertible shares. This can get to 20 Billion shares in no time. Already have 10B Authorized on HFCO stock. You don't authorize that many shares if you don't intend to issue them.
