Cornerstone, what sale? I didn't leave out anything. ARSC gets 50.1% of common stock. That's just like handing over shares to a financial company in exchange for actual funds. That's a one time deal and is no biggy. They receive nothing from the sales of fuel cells. Actually, that's Preferred Shares that is eventually transferred over to common stock. I feel strongly this is the divvy that is being discussed. Just my opinion.
