Under the pictures it does not state it is a test site.
It says this:

"The picure above is USEI's Colorado kitchen to make edibles which include:"

Someone can't spell picture right and I don't see how a kitchen this small will make edibles for a whole state.

The town I grew up in with 5000 people, we had a kitchen even bigger than this mickey mouse operation.

Tony better find someone better to do his PR work or our shares are going down the toilet.
