Before my son taught me about chili peppers I wouldn't have given you 50 cents for a bushel of them.

Now I love the different flavors and the way they make your mouth tingle in different places.

I have a jar of Pepperocinis sitting deside my keyboard as I type and eat them all of the time.

But I can understand why the subject might get boring if you are not into peppers.
