AppFlix trademark was granted to MRNJ. It was objected to by Showtime ,which made an agreement with MRNJ as to its specific use, etc. It is no longer an application. What is needed now is for the trademark to be used, that is what the current extension is all about, the actual business use of the trademark, which is delayed by the delay in getting AppFlix out into the market. To state that the trademark Appflix is still in the application process is misleading and inaccurate.
