What I find terribly contradictory is that as a scientist, with the natural rigour of a scientific mind, he is unable to project such rigour onto finances, subsidiaries and affiliates, and corporate assiduity.
Anyway, things are rocking in the correct direction. And your find about fermilab is great. Could you please paste the info as I do not have Office, which is required to read that file. Thanks.
BTW, in a status report in July 2004, Mr Hilal wrote "As we have previously stated, we do not anticipate any circumstances that would cause us to undertake a reverse stock split of our common stock." That info is really for PennyWorld.

For a few years, FH reported the SO on his web site at 6.1 Billion, but he always said "as of" and gave a date, that was a few years old, implying that the number was not current. Now we see the shares outstanding grew somewhat, as if he was paying some bills with shares, which I think must have occurred if these new numbers of SO are correct. It is interesting to wonder what he said to vendors or others that took stock in lieu of money.

The S/A are 10 billion and the S/O is 6.9 billion. So in the treasury their are about 500,000 new shares.
No one increases and decreases S/A in Nevada cost to much money Its always been 10.005 billion

If you check on the SOS of NV site it was changed in April of 2006 to 10.005 billion and was never lowered at any time until the R/S this month.
