I agree with most of your perspective here. I do not think it is out of the question that a 3rd party (parties/group/ consortium) could be trying to manipulate the stock. I would laugh if a bunch of promoters brokers and market makers were busted for colluding and Phot got a hand slap or had to restate financials. If they did something illegal in their financials it shouldn't have gotten by the cpa therefore the cpa could get busted. Makings of a good movie.
