The halt is like a "Do you still beat your wife?" type situation. Can* has said nothing so far (I don't think) of the details of their suspension. Phot has come out on the offensive with claims of innocence. Phot is either extremely frustrated as they perceive the situation as eminently unfair or extremely stupid for saying anything at all. If I were innocent of some unjust crime, I would scream it from the highest trees. I honestly believe the SEC would have never let them open yesterday if he had lied in either the PR or in the promotional interview. I do believe he is being watched. I am cautiously skeptical as I agree, in most cases of a halt, where there's smoke, there's fire. However the behavior of Phot is not consistent with guilt, but someone out to prove something. Just my humble opinion backed by a hold of 114k shares. And for that matter, I see Phot trading to at least $0.30 given the base of support yesterday at $0.20. Especially with quality news. I have been following this board for months. I respect all the opinions here especially the contrary ones as they make me check myself. I hope uou all have a nice weekend.
