Claude, I have always felt that the source of ERHC's low SP came from United States companies such ass Exxon being angry about being kept out of the operatorships of JDZ blocks for not wanting to carry ERHC.

Or Pioneer and now possbily connected with Memon holding down the share price to make a buy out cheaper.

There has been a lot of funny trading of ERHC from United States MMs, not Offor clan people.

If Offor distrubuted millions of shares for political favors in Nigeria, why would he now want to keep all those shares under one dollar?

The low share price did put a financial strain on ERHC as Offor could not really sell shares to make money to pay for operating expenses.

Offor and the NIgerians probably want a high share price for ERHE and this seems to be what Meridian is posting recently.

Whatever happened to Joe's 'other source'Mutawadi? Was he real or just gets re-incarnated as 'DOC'

The 'DOC' personna would have you believe ERHE/Offor is just trying to 'milk' paltry sums of money from Addax and Sinopec - ignoring the chance to become a multi-billion corporation. I find it hard to believe Offor is that shortsighted settling for millions while risking a thousand fold in what ERHE can evolve into. If he really wanted to do that, you would think he would 'pump' the share price a bit by putting out 'fluff' PRs every week or so.

Has 'DOC' got anything right yet? He seems to be just throwing up 'flags' that would prey on investors fears.

Joe needs to be ignored. And come next week we all should be able to discuss material events rather than Joe's mental state

If there had been high demand for shares by Americans the float would gradually have changed hands.

Your right, some here are spending their expected dough up front it seems. And do not want to read anything that doesn't fit their rosy vision.

I found it to be an interesting piece of text. Offer would profit from a high share price, so why holding it down as the text suggested?

But Meridian is here with Offor's blessing, that's for sure! As long as the oil is present, Offor and we will be benefiting.

One other thing, some here are talking constantly about Joe's agenda. Well, let me emphasize: Offor's and our agenda is SLIGHTLY bigger. If Joe wanted to make some money on this stock with his hidden agenda, he did not even have to use that agenda. He would have loaded up big time in the last months. . . seems common sense to me. Holding down the price does not benefit anybody imo.

The Doctor. (Not "Doc" or "Joe") lol.

What are you trying to say? That Nigerians as a culture are crooks?
