Doc's message on Joe's blog got my attention. There does seem to be logic behind his contention of manipulation by Nigerian insiders with an unethical agenda. Seems to fit with the cultural norm,and explain the lame stock price. I note an absence of response to Doc other than allegations of it being Joe is disguise. That critique ignores the central point of Doc. Anyway, we will all wait and watch for the market's respone post signing on the 14th. I wonder if meridian has comments on this.
