What I am looking for is, have any big named companies (like Starbucks for example) agreed to occupy any of the retail spaces that will be available, once that Phase is done? What kind of income can Medient expect from rent/lease payments once these retail shops are filled, once Hilton (for example) slaps their name on the hotel, once the apartments are all rented out, and maybe even Verizon (or some other large Corp.) slaps their name onto The Leaf? I see huge income potential here, just from these things. What do you think? MDNT
