Its way too early for deals like that. That is the last stage of construction I believe. My guess is that medient will make a deal with a real estate developer for use of the land. The developer will build the retail space and rent out the buildings. I think that would be strange if Medient went into renting retail space.

There certainly are plenty of income streams once they get this going.

I've got the papers that I asked for in the meeting and was given right here in my hand and looking at them now.

There are 4 Phases of this project... Phase 1 will include the building of the Main studio which looking at the drawing appears to actually be two large buildings as everything in green is supposed to be Phase 1 projects. All the roads for the project will be built as well as all utilities will be in place for the entire project.

Phase 2 will be the elevated drive (which IMO should be in phase 4 or not at all) and a parking garage and Medient's corporate offices.

Phase 3 would include another parking garage or lot, housing, Hotel, Boutique Hotel, low retail shopping, and Multiplex gaming center

Phase 4 would be the other two studio's, a high end retail complex, the Leaf structure (maybe build it in Phase 2 instead of the wetlands bridge??), and Botanical Park/golf course.

Digging a little deeper with this they actually have a start and stop date with each of these projects on another sheet

Roads start on May 1 2014 and finish on 11/26/2014
Utilities start on May 1, 2014 and finish on 4/23/2015
Studio (Main) start on 6/2/2014 and finish in 200 days on 3/6/2015.

This is as best I can understand their plans. I thought to start with that the studio was written to be started on Mon 2/06/2014 and finished on 06/03/2015 but the way some other dates are presented it lets me know that they have this as some countries do and put the date of the month first, then the month number and then the year.

I would REALLY like to see not just a sketch of this billion dollar project but would like to see an architectural drawing of just the site plan. I'm sure by now one must exist and if MANU would release that I know that I as an investor would feel much more confident in this project. This little sketch drawing just don't really give me a lot of confidence in what is being built out there.
