Janice,I was contacted and interviewed by Marshal Gandy from the SEC they targeted me as a large shareholder in LOCH security.
They were scamming the world , that they had a landmine detector that was near perfect,they paid off officials in Croatia, where they alledgedly went into a live mine feild,and even had the audacity to do a demo (dog and pony show,rigged) in DC next to the capitol building,They had a governor and other high people present.
Shortly after that stunt the FBI raided their Tuscon "lab" and it began.
Rodney Boone,Mark Baker,and Dennis Harris have been ripping people off since the Eighties,and focusing on religious zealots and tugging on heart strings with the promise of ridding the world of landmines,and similar hooks.
Today the company actually exits to a degree,LOCH sold the tech to a company they spun off called CEXI,the watered down tech (Sandia labs scrapped it years ago) has been tweaked to detect the chemical composition of drugs administered to patients and other novel ideas.(by actually selling a widget 6 years later seems to be enough for the FBI and SEC,although they lied in PRS and orchestrated an incredible 2.4 billion dollar scam)
In fact Cexi has effectivly distanced themselves from LOCH and handed the batan off to the point where I think a major run is imminent.

Boone and Baker have a history of fraud , that boggles ones mind,I have archives somewhere.....and magically,they plead the fith and walk with people cash.
