I'd be very cautious about accusing the so called boot brothers of stealing money, if I were you. Just because MW said they did, doesn't make it so. Maybe it was MW that stole money? Maybe they all did. Maybe no one did. One thing is for certain, only MW was the CEO and ONLY MW had the authorization to sign checks. So, how, exactly, did the others steal money? And what, pray tell, did they lie about. Please be specific.
