Wonder what happened with that shake up during/after Epstein.... I'm not sure if he left on his own or not but my guess is he wouldn't just volunteer to leave the company:

couldn't produce the non-existent documents. So a settlement has been negotiated by the law firms on behalf of their clients. I think Epstein is lucky the decision did not go to jury or remain in Judge Perk's hands. I hope we see some of the settlement terms, some day. I think Epstein's greatest hope was that PPHM would go under but PPHM ain't going anywhere other than up. Last I remember Epstein still owned PPHM stock.
This is jmo but I feel 95% certain of such a scenario.

You're stating a settlement has been reached but then end the post with JMO and you're 95% certain of this scenario.
Have you confirmed a settlement or is this speculation?
I'm trying to get an answer from PPHM but don't have anything to report just yet.

I have talked to several lawyers and their conclusions support my thinking. I also know Epstein and I think he has taken this about as far as he can. I know what's right and I don't think Epstein has a leg to stand on. I think settlement is a logical conclusion to the whole mess.

I am all for a settlement, especially if it benefits PPHM, but it would seem an overead at this point to conclude the matter has settled without more information.
