If my memory serves me right (unfortunately I have been around since then)I think it was more a case we are going to focus on Thorpe's science and Epstein to the back burner. They had a deal worked out and I believe Epstein did a back door deal with the Chinese in some way and pphm sued him. They settled with pphm retaining rights to some of the science and Epstein/Chinese getting rights to science in China. PPHM received some stock which is or will be most likely worthless.
I believe SK becoming CEO was part of the deal as he was brought out of the THorpe lab and it was full go on the Thorpe science.
