I think you're on to something and the fact that GYST never has that mythical run to multi-cents just shows that someone is selling. It's not just flippers. The ONLY way I see GYST being able to service debt and pay expenses is through selling shares. As in paying bills in common shares and then those third parties dump 'em.

The gold they've produced thus far doesn't come close to paying the bills and, in fact, GYST stated that thus far their placer gold operations LOSE money. It takes more money to produce that handful of grams than those grams are worth. To be sure, the hope is they'll produce a lot more, and that's the carrot on the stick that keeps people buying. Shareholders get the stick while insiders get the carrot.

They've stated themselves they have no money for equipment to deal with their clay-choked claims in Peru. Their Suriname claim might have to be shut down--said so in their annual report and the reasons directly contradicts the fluff news released today.
