RIGHT! Read my posts.. They are not regulating them NOW. Their intention however, is to regulate them eventually.
People are jumping up and down that they are not going to touch flavors. That's just not the case, the FDA just needs to do more research on the effects, then you can be sure they will regulate flavors and marketing the same way they did for traditional cigarettes.
