I figure if the PR and filings were being held back for a CUSIP change, now that it's changed we should see them. If we don't, then then a CUSIP change isn't the only reason for withholding info.
What is the benefit of doing this? Cleaning out all the naked shares reducing the friction on the anticipated run following the info release?
