I truely feel like since Lisa owns approx. 50% of the outstanding shares that she doesnt feel like she needs to explain herself to "smalltime" shareholders.

What she fails to realize is the 40,000,000 * .0001 is only $4,000. Isnt it in her best interest to make this Company profitable and appealing to other investors?

Something just isnt adding up here.... just my opinion

Just got off the phone with the company. We are close according to the company. Reread the 10k today. We wait but if I'm right, shorts are going to cover.
